Thursday $6 Special: Grillades and Grits, with green beans on the side.  If you’ve never had grits, think a cheesy polenta.  The “Grillades” are the trendy bistro steak known as the shoulder or chuck tender, marinated overnight in India Pale Ale and assorted spices.  Then slow cooked in a medium roux, like a smothered pork chop, until nearly falling apart.
